  • Convert, Say No To Non-Veg; Will Marry: Girl In Affidavit To Muslim Man

In a live-in relation with a Muslim man, an 18-year-old Hindu girl last month submitted an affidavit to police that she was ready to marry the man “if only he agrees to convert to a Hindu”.

The Surat-based girl even asked for an assurance that the man stop eating non-veg and does not press her to eat or cook it.

The affidavit was submitted to the Katargram police station on April 24.
The girl said she was in a live-in relation with the man and wished to marry him only after he converted.

She said she was ready to convince her parents if the conditions were met. She also asked the man to talk to his parents.

The police confirmed that they had received the affidavit.
