Bend it like Khushi: WATCH 13-Year-Old Indian Girl Sets Yoga World Record In Mysore

    13-year-old Khushi has set a new world record after performing some tough yoga asanas15 times under a minute in Karnataka’s Mysore.

     

    She performed Niraalamba Poorna Chakrasana at the Community Hall of Mysore’s RBI Nagar in presence of Golden Book of World Records representative.

     

     

    During her practice session, she used to do the asana 13 times but during main event, she did it 15 times for Golden Book of World Records.

     

    Khushi started doing Yoga less than three years ago and has received many national and international medals for the same.
