Jaipur, July 21 (IANS) An earthquake measuring 5.3 on Richter scale hit Rajasthan's Bikaner district on Wednesday.
The National Centre for Seismology said that the tremors were felt at 5.24 a.m. about 343 kilometres West North West of Bikaner at a depth of 110 km.
The National Centre for Seismology tweeted: "Earthquake of Magnitude:5.3, Occurred on 21-07-2021, 05:24:29 IST, Lat: 29.19 & Long: 70.05, Depth: 110 Km, Location: 343km WNW of Bikaner, Rajasthan, India."
No damage has been reported till the time of filing of report.
Earlier, tremors were felt in Rajasthan's Bikaner district in February too. At that time its intensity was measured at 4.3.
Suspicion has now arisen over three more deaths linked to Jolly, the woman who is the prime suspect in six mysterious deaths in her family, and who is currently in judicial custody even as reports have surfaced that she was also planning to eliminate two children.
Naveen Dalal, along with another man, had allegedly attacked Umar Khalid at the Constitution Club in Delhi on August 13 last year. At the time, the two men had told the police that they had planned to disrupt the event that was being held at the Constitution Club.
The Mumbai Congress leader, who has lately been at loggerheads with the party leadership, claimed that Mallikarjun Kharge does not care for the country's religious traditions because he is an "atheist".
