New Delhi, April 17 (IANS) In three separate incidents, the Customs Officials posted at Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport have arrested three persons who were supplying 3 kg gold worth Rs 1.68 crore.
A Customs Official said that all three are Indian nationals who arrived from Middle East. They were intercepted and held on the basis of intelligence inputs.
"The recovered gold has been seized under section 110 (seizure of goods, documents and things) of the Customs Act. The accused passengers have been placed under arrest under section 104 (power to arrest) of the Customs Act," the official said.
According to Guvendram, he had gone to the the Pacific Mall, along with his wife, and when they were leaving at 9.30 p.m., two persons on a motorbike snatched his iPhone and fled. However, he managed to note down the vehicle's number and shared it with the police.
The party on Friday announced that it will deliver Rahul Gandhi's letter to each house along with a charge sheet against the Central government from January 26. The letter is signed off as "aapka apna Rahul (your own Rahul)". The letter is written in all regional languages and the exercise is an attempt by the Congress to reap the political benefits from the Bharat Jodo Yatra.

The bus, carrying around 45 passengers, reportedly crashed headlong into the truck coming from the opposite direction and then overturned, resulting in the huge tragedy, said the police.
