Madhuri Dixit Makes “tiring action look effortless on screen” says Trainer

30 Jan, 2014

January 29, 2014: Bollywood beauty Madhuri Dixit reverberated her comeback in Bollwyood with her recent release Dedh Ishqiya, where she was cast opposite veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah. Dixit is now gearing up for her upcoming Bollywood flick Gulaab Gang, where her fans will see her deliver a power-packed role.

Dixit’s trainer for the movie Kanishka Sharma spoke to media about the experience and was in all praises with her efforts.

Sharma said, “I remember a scene where Madhuri had to twist a man’s arm and kick him hard. I rehearsed with her for a few hours before the shot, but was a little apprehensive. Later, I was shocked at how comfortably she pulled it off. She makes all my otherwise tiring action look effortless on screen.”

The trainer says that he trained Dixit for a month in “Shaolin, Kung Fu, besides stick training, Shaolin joint locking, Kali knife, short stick and of course close combat.”

Produced by Anubhav Sinha, Gulaab Gang will star Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla in the lead roles. The movie is slated for release on March 7.
