Meet Aditi Kini in Darpan Chat Central. A Seaquam Secondary Student, who has been honoured with the Medal of Good Citizenship from the BC government for her exemplary service and leadership during the COVID19 pandemic to the community.
She was among the 31 recipients which also included Dr. Bonnie Henry. This young lady is going places and has made the South Asian community proud. Keep up the good work Aditi!!

Harj Nagra, a music artist and actor in the Punjabi cinema industry, has been blessed with many great experiences and opportunities that have paved the path for his flourishing career in the business.
The Canadian model, actress, talk show host and mentor has had an incredible journey in the entertainment industry which started at the young age of 17.
In early March, the team won the BC provincial championship; they were named Tournament Champion and Robot Skills Challenge Champion, and won the Excellence Award. The team will soon be taking part in the World Championship in Kentucky, Louisville in USA.
“I figured if I didn’t get anything from this, I wouldn’t be disappointed, however if anything did come from it, it would just be a bonus and something to be grateful for,” he recalls.
Born into a Sikh faith, the boxer recalls a point around his teenage years when he consciously chose to accept the Sikh faith with its principles, which played an important role.
