He eschews formal diets in favor of a toxin-clean approach inspired by ancestral wisdom. Also, an avid consumer of ‘black water’ which is alkaline water, her meal consists of fruits, legumes, vegetables, nuts, and seeds while avoiding acidic foods like meat, dairy, processed foods, and caffeine. Proponents claim that the diet can optimize health and prevent disease by balancing the body's pH levels.
