Mumbai Sandwiches

  • Mumbai Sandwiches
Ingredients
 
2 slices of fresh and soft white sandwich bread
1 tablespoon of mint chutney
Butter Grated Cheddar or Havarti Cheese
2 thinly cut circular slices of onion
4 to 5 slices of cucumber
2 slices of cooked beetroot
2 slices of tomatoes
3 to 4 slices of boiled potato
 
 
CHAAT MASALA
 
Method 
 
1. Take 1 slice of the bread and apply butter on one side and then arrange onions, cucumber, tomatoes, beetroot and potato on it.
2. Sprinkle a little bit of chat masala on these toppings.
 
3. On the other slice of bread, apply the mint chutney and put it over the vegetable layer to close the sandwich. (If you like your sandwich grilled, then put it in a Panini-maker)
 
4. Cut the sandwich into 4 pieces and grate some cheese on the top of it.
 
5. Serve with tomato ketchup and Indian fries.
