Green Apple and Prune Crumble

    INGREDIENTS:
     
    Pastry Base  
    • 150 gm low fat margarine 
    • 300 gm whole wheat flour 
    • 50 gm stevia 
    • 250 gm ice cold water 
     
    Filling 
    • 2 green apples
    • 3-4 prunes 
    • 30 gm unsalted butter, melted 
    • 45 gm brown sugar 
    • 15 gm sultanas (Kishmish) 
     
    Crumble  
    • 50 gm margarine 
    • 50 gm whole wheat flour
    • 50 gm brown sugar
     
    PREPARATION:
     
    • Rub the cold margarine with flour and stevia and make a crumble. Add the water and make it into a dough, and allow the dough to rest in the fridge.
    • Peel and core the apple and cut them into small dices. Cut the prunes into dices as well.
    • In a bowl, mix all the ingre-dients for the filling and keep it aside.
    • Make the crumble by mixing all the ingredients.
    • Roll the pastry dough to 5 mm thick and line the tart mould.
    • Put the filling in the tart mould and cover it with the crumble.
    • Bake it at 175 degree C for 25–30 minutes. Serve warm.
