Cilantro Chutney

  • Cilantro Chutney
Ingredients:
 
1 cup freshly packed cilantro leaves
1 cup freshly packed mint leaves
2-3 small Thai
green chilies, roughly chopped
2 large garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
1 green apple
juice of ½ a lime
water (if needed)
salt to taste
 
METHOD:
 
In a blender, blend all of the ingredients until smooth. You may need to add a little water to help the blending process. Refrigerate and use immediately. The chutney will last for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
