Chili Chicken

  • Chili Chicken
Ingredients  
 
Corn Flour: 1 cup
Tomato Ketchup: 1 cup
Chopped Garlic: 1 Table Spoon
Black Pepper: 1 Tea Spoon
Vinegar: 2 Tea Spoons
Chili Powder: 1Tea Spoon
Chicken: 75 gms
Soy Sauce: 1 Tea Spoon
Eggs: 2
Salt: To Taste
Oil: 1 Cup
Garlic: 2 Tea Spoons
Green Scallions: 20 gms
Green Peppers: 1
Onions: Half an onion
 
Preparation
 
Chicken:
 
First whisk 2 eggs and corn flour as well as water to make a batter. Dip chicken in this batter and fry it.
 
Sauce:
 
Now heat oil in a pan and add garlic. Sauté the garlic till it is brown. Add ketchup in the pan. Once it heats up mix water and corn flour mix. Finally add vinegar, soy sauce, chili powder, black pepper and salt to taste.
 
Final preparation:
 
In a separate frying pan heat oil and sauté garlic and add green peppers and onions. Now pour the sauce. Then add some vinegar and soy sauce to make it more pungent. Put the pre cooked chicken in the pan and finish by adding some green scallions. Your chili chicken is ready.
