In a short span of time, Chef Pankaj Bhadouria has carved a name for herself in the culinary world. She initially gained notoriety for clinching the sought-after title of India’s ‘MasterChef.’

After winning the famed cookery show, Bhadouria went on to host a TV show of her own called “Chef Pankaj Ka Zayka” and recently shot a program with UK’s Top Chef – Rick Stein. Bhadouria introduced him to traditional Indian cuisine called “Awadhi Cuisine,” which was very appreciated and welcomed by the audiences.

Her presence at the Varli Food Festival in New York for two consecutive years is evident of the fact that this celebrity chef continues to extend the reach of Indian cuisine to wider global audiences.

In August 2012, this celebrated chef launched The Pankaj Bhadouria Culinary Academy, an institution where she imparts her culinary expertise to up and coming students.
