Baked Oat Meal

  • Baked Oat Meal

Ingredients

  • Oats - 100gm
  • Milk - 200ml
  • Condensed milk - 50 ml
  • Mix Nuts - 50 gm
  • Brown sugar - 30 gm
  • Khoya - 20 gm

Directions

  • Take a heavy bottom pan, heat milk, add oats to it and stir till thick
  • Add condensed milk, nuts and brown sugar and stir till semi-dry
  • Put the mixture in the mould covered with grated Khoya
  • Place it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 min
  • Serve hot with fresh fruits and freshly baked brioche
