Coming from the land of Punjab in India, Parm gained experience as an insulator and performed other construction-related jobs in Spain, where he spent seven years. After immigrating to Canada in 2012, he began undertaking insulation jobs. Gradually, Parm decided to become business partners with his life partner, Amy. With Parm’s valuable experience and Amy’s strong aura and entrepreneurial spirit, the couple together faced the highs and lows of the business world. Today, they have reached a point where they are inspiring newcomers in the industry.
