Square Nine Developments : Success At Every Step

19 Sep, 2016
  • Square Nine Developments : Success At Every Step
Success comes to those who work hard for it. This is indeed true for Manish Sharma, owner/director of Square Nine Developments Inc. – a construction company that has been setting up the mark with its core values. Sharma is one of the very few developers building concrete high-rise developments in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

“We aspire to be recognized as the developer of choice for your home purchase. We are working to become a leader in providing affordable yet top quality homes while delivering quality work and products, safety, and on schedule,” asserts Sharma on the vision of Square Nine.

The young achiever fulfills and relives this vision with each and every project of his. In fact, most of the units in his current concrete high-rise project ‘Union’ are already sold. “The response has been overwhelming; a great
location backed with a great team has attracted a lot of buyers. The project was launched in January 2016 and the entire tower was sold in three months, other than the penthouses which will be launched next year,” adds Sharma. There are nine penthouses in Union which will be marketed in the fall of 2017. Be the
first ones to buy them by registering at www.squarenine.ca.

Union comprises of 102 intelligently-designed residences comprised of one, two and three bedroom homes, and is situated in close proximity to the new Evergreen line and Lougheed Mall. “It truly is a union where residential community meets urban life, minutes from Downtown Vancouver, Burnaby, and New Westminster. Union is what you want to be a part of,” shares an excited Sharma.

The design philosophy behind Union is simple – to create a stylish boutique residence that balances privacy and connect
ivity. The interiors with sleek designs, top-quality European appliances, and latest technology aim to make living at Union a peaceful experience. Elaborating further on the design, Sharma adds, “The design
process was time-consuming for me as I wanted to have a design that worked well
for not one but all the units.”

A sloped topography elevates Union above its surroundings. This unique vantage point enhances the sightlines from all four corners of the building and promises expansive views from every floor, in every direction. Besides the excellent views, Union also includes a fully-equipped fitness room with cardio machines and weights plus space for stretching; a sky lounge with kitchen and balcony terrace for dining and entertaining; and landscaped outdoor courtyard equipped with BBQ and social area.

Standing proudly at the Gateway to West Coquitlam, Union is designed as a prestigious residence in a prominent location. It is situated in close proximity to shopping,
restaurants and amenities, making it an ideal place to live in. The location of Union is an added advantage – be it for a family or those living alone. With the Lougheed Town Centre Station, Simon Fraser University, and many malls and recreation centres closeby, Union promises a comfortable lifestyle.

Sharma is enjoying the success of Square Nine and Union and the response it has got. He proudly says that “Square Nine is a company our customers can rely on and our employees are proud to work for. It is a company with an open mind, ready to embrace new opportunities and driven to deliver exceptional value.”

Ask him his definition of success and Sharma answers, “Success to me is about satisfaction of a job well done, getting the team together, being creative, and when I
look back thinking I couldn’t have done it better or any other way.”

Union’s fast-selling success is a definite confirmation that the housing market is big at the moment. Sharma agrees, “In general, the Lower Mainland real estate prices have been on an upward swing for over a decade and
the market will continue to rise,” says he, sharing his inputs on the rising housing prices. “We did see a spike recently in the housing market but towards the end of this year the market will balance as there might be a slight increase in interest rates by the Bank of Canada. Overall, the housing market in the Lower mainland will be strong and will be in high demand.”

In addition to Union, Square Nine has some more multi-family projects coming up in the Burnaby-Edmonds area. “I am currently working on a town house development near Edmonds and a couple of other high-rises are in the pipeline,” reveals Sharma.
