The award-winning beauty expert, who has been doing hair and makeup for the past 24 years, always wanted to teach and deliver hair and makeup education to students interested in a beauty career. “My dream was to open up my own beauty schools once I had enough experience in the industry. I enjoy teaching my students; I love engaging with them and seeing them grow their passion into an excellent career,” says Rada, who also owns a bridal studio in Surrey that provides ethnic and western services for brides in the Lower Mainland and worldwide.

Rada Beaute Academy has nine programs, both in class or online, that are uniquely designed by Rada. They range from Professional Hair Artist- Bridal Hair Artist Program and Professional Makeup Artist-Bridal Makeup Artist Program to Professional Scalp Care-Hair Cutting Program and Hair Coloring Program. “We are giving our students six months to one year of access to education. They can learn hair cutting, hair coloring, hair extensions, bridal hairstyling, and makeup skills by watching detailed tutorials and written instructions by me,” explains Rada about the online programs. Anyone aged 16 and above can register for the courses; you do not need to have knowledge about the hair or beauty industry. There are also shorter courses offered online on hair and makeup.

The Academy setting is designed to teach you essential skills and techniques in hair coloring, hair cutting, hairstyling, and fashion, television and editorial styling. Rada comments that the new generation or youngsters have a passion for the beauty industry but no time to pursue it. Her online courses act as a perfect medium through which they can achieve this goal while maintaining their busy schedule. “The Academy students will receive a professional certificate after completing each program. The certificate will allow them to work in the professional hair salon environment or open up their own businesses at home,” adds Rada, who has won over 17 awards by prestigious institutions.
