The Grouse Grind in City of North Vancouver is ready for you outdoorsy folks. The video Darpan travel takes you to the Grouse Grind trail and shares some fun facts about this challenging hike.

Downhill hiking is not permitted so book a Download Ticket for the Skyride down the Mountain. Operating hours change throughout the season depending on the amount of daylight.

Hikers are encouraged to check http://www.metrovancouver.org/.../parks.../grouse-grind for operating hours before visiting.
