Darpan News Desk IANS, 07 Nov, 2014 12:11 PM
  • An app to track your sleep
If you need an expert to track how well you sleep, here is one that can do it from your smartphone.

The Sleep Better app from Runtastic for android and i-phone is out for download.

"Track your sleep, monitor your dreams, improve your bedtime habits and wake up better," says the app description on its download page.

"Whether you struggle to fall asleep, want to learn how your daytime activities influence your sleep efficiency or simply want some new alarm sounds to help you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to seize the day" this is one app to try out, it noted.

It also allows users to enter daily habits and variables, like caffeine consumption, exercise info, alcohol consumption and stress level, to see the effects of these variables on sleep quality.

The app can track moon phases, dreams and mood to give personalised statistics based on how these could affect sleep.
