Holt, Renfrew & Co., Canada’s luxury specialty retailer since 1837, has raised the bar for retail experience, unveiling a new home for Personal Shopping.
As part of Holt Renfrew’s commitment to revitalize and enhance its network of stores, this multi level enclave offers a bespoke experience for clients, whether in the new and expanded Personal Shopping Suites, or in its concept environment, The Apartment, a luxuriously appointed 1,200 square foot shopping and entertainment suite on the rooftop of the store.
Newly opened Personal Shopping suites span two floors and 6,000 square feet, with three suites and a reception area on the 2nd floor. A stunning glass staircase leads to an additional floor, boasting four more suites and The Apartment.
Amenities within the space include private washrooms, two kitchenettes and full access to the food and beverage menus from Holts Café.
Personal Shopping connects seamlessly to both floors via the passenger elevator to Holts Valet. In addition to the seven suites and The Apartment, two additional Personal Shopping suites are located in Holt Renfrew Men, for a total of nine suites plus The Apartment in the Vancouver location.
The Apartment, the third of its kind in Canada (the concept was previously launched at Holt Renfrew’s Yorkdale and Square One stores), represents the ultimate in luxury experience. Residential in scale and design, The Apartment offers clients a private world of elegance, curated exclusives and private moments.
The Apartment is a sumptuously appointed space, complete with living room, dining area, expansive fitting room, private powder room, and even a wrap around outdoor patio, overlooking the cityscape of downtown Vancouver.
It is a private space, reserved, by appointment for top clients of the store. It will also be home to unique events such as fine jewellery trunk shows and other curated experiences. The Apartment on occasion will serve as a private retreat for those requiring absolute privacy and the ability to shop in a discrete environment such as celebrities and other high profile individuals.
Soon to be revealed future phases of the Holt Renfrew renovation and expansion include the redesigned women’s and contemporary floor in mid July and the launch of a stunning new home for beauty, a 12,000 square foot Beauty Hall on the lower level in late July
