5) Akshay’s All-time favorite: Back to Basics Diet

With a strong penchant for the traditional way of living, Bollywood’s fittest action hero, Akshay Kumar swears by the Ayurvedic lifestyle. He eschews formal diets in favor of a toxin-clean approach inspired by ancestral wisdom. Kumar's regimen emphasizes balanced meals free from alcohol, caffeine, and processed foods, with a focus on traditional fare like parathas, lentils, and sautéed vegetables. Also, an avid consumer of ‘black water’ which is alkaline water, her meal consists of fruits, legumes, vegetables, nuts, and seeds while avoiding acidic foods like meat, dairy, processed foods, and caffeine. Proponents claim that the diet can optimize health and prevent disease by balancing the body's pH levels.
