Why the name Beutofit? ”Fitness” means something different to each person. Mandeep moved from Williams Lake, BC to the lower mainland in 2004 to attend University. She graduated from SFU, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Kinesiology. I live a very active lifestyle and love the way exercise makes me feel. I mix it up all the time to keep it interesting.

She loves running, hiking, water sports, volleyball, strength training, yoga, and pilates.

She strive to be a good role model to her three daughters and hope to inspire others to make lifestyle changes that lead to healthier, happier lives.
