Mandeep is a certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor registered with BCRPA, Yoga teacher and a certified Sports nutrition advisor.

Why the name Beutofit? ”Fitness” means something different to each person. While eating well and being active are fundamental aspects to achieving good health, some feel fit through bodybuilding and some by having sexy curves. Yet, others feel fit knowing they can go out and be a star in any sport!

Mandeep moved from Williams Lake, BC to the lower mainland in 2004 to attend University. She graduated from SFU, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Kinesiology. I live a very active lifestyle and love the way exercise makes me feel. I mix it up all the time to keep it interesting.

She loves running, hiking, water sports, volleyball, strength training, yoga, and pilates.

She strive to be a good role model to her three daughters and hope to inspire others to make lifestyle changes that lead to healthier, happier lives.
