On Thursday, October 6th, 2016 the Salmon House On The Hill restaurant will host a special Burrowing Owl Estate Winery proprietor's dinner. The event will honour the success of the Okanagan icon as well as celebrating The Salmon House's 40th anniversary. Guests will enjoy a six-course dinner paired with world-class wines from Burrowing Owl.
Burrowing Owl founder and proprietor Jim Wyse will host the evening, and while he will speak to the featured wines, he'll also raise a glass to Salmon House On The Hill, which has exhibited a truly astonishing propensity for longevity. The Salmon House's Executive Chef Mario Fortin has designed a menu that will pair perfectly with the wines:
