Milestones Park Royal in West Vancouver reopens its doors on June 20, with a Grand Reopening Party on July 21. Originally opened in 1995, the restaurant is situated in The Village at Park Royal Shopping Centre, just off Marine Drive.
The newly-renovated 6,400 square foot location is a corporate proto-type, which personifies the future look and feel of the Milestones brand. Featuring an indoor/outdoor bar, all season patio, and contemporary interior design, Milestones Park Royal features their brand new menu which just recently launched last month with over 30 new dishes.
At the recent VIP Media Dinner, guests got a taste of some of the new dishes and enjoyed a culinary experience like no other. Right from the tasty Calamari (coconut marinated calamari strips with Indian-inspired mango chili dipping sauce), and delicious Steak with Crab and Shrimp (petite filet seasoned and grilled to perfection, topped with crab and shrimp in a lobster butter and Yukon Gold mashed potatoes), a selection of smooth cocktails and wines, to the heavenly Drunken Donuts (warm mini ricotta donuts tossed in icing sugar, served with limoncello lemon curd, rum salted caramel and coffee-liqueur spiked hazelnut chocolate dipping sauces), the seven-course meal was a gastronomic delight.
Besides the great food and customer-service, this Milestones location will increase its community involvement through various outreach, partnership and fundraising programs. The restaurant has newly partnered with Royal Canadian Marine Search & Rescue and will look to connect with local schools, businesses and organizations, and find ways to support community initiatives. Along with four downtown locations, Milestones Park Royal has launched a VIP program which rewards loyal guests with special offers, just for them.
