  • Dine Out Vancouver Festival Restaurant Bookings and Menus now open
Resolutions can wait – reservations can’t! The full list of Dine Out Vancouver Festival’s participating restaurants and their menus were announced today on www.dineoutvancouver.com. Book your table now and let the feasting begin!

With a record-breaking 300+ restaurants participating in Tourism Vancouver’s 16th annual Dine Out Vancouver Festival, there are more options than ever before to set your taste buds tingling. Prix fixe menus are available at $20, $30, and $40 price points, many with BC VQA wine pairings available at an additional cost.

Both locals and visitors can sip, sample and savour Vancouver’s array of exotic flavours at new and buzzworthy eateries like Fayuca, The Victor, Crowbar, Mak N Ming, and Spade; or return to locally loved haunts like Vij’s, The Acorn, Wildebeest, Forage, and Minami.

Diners can also indulge in a tantalizing lineup of over 40 unique food and drink-themed events. Returning for its third year, the highly anticipated Vancouver World Chef Exchange, presented by Aeroplan, is a series of exclusive dinners that pair top chefs from Beijing, Tokyo, Bangkok, Nashville, and a trio of Canadian destinations, with local chefs to produce collaborative feasts in five Vancouver restaurants.

Other tasty events in the roster include the Dine Out Grand Tasting at the Orpheum Theatre (the inaugural opening gala event in collaboration with Vancouver Civic Theatres, benefiting the BC Hospitality Foundation); the Brewmaster’s Dinner at Big Rock Urban Brewery & Eatery (a multi-course meal with beer and cocktail pairings and toe-tapping live entertainment); The Art of Tea Gastronomy at TWG Tea Vancouver (an extravagant five-course tasting menu celebrating rare and exotic teas); Butcher at the Butcher with Two Rivers Specialty Meats and Donnelly Group (enjoy multiple meat stations and local craft beers – think slow cooked ribs, hand made sausages, and fried chicken); and the BC VQA Wine Brunches hosted at Forage, Boulevard, the Hart House, and Pinnacle at the Pier (mix, mingle, and share tasting notes for some of BC’s best wines, paired with delicious bites).

Visiting from out of town? Remember to take advantage of Dine Out Vancouver Festival’s special room rates and culinary hotel packages. Aeroplan members from near and far will also have access to special privileges throughout the festival. Visit www.aeroplan.com/momentstosavour for more details.

Dine Out Vancouver Festival runs January 19 to February 4, 2018, with support from premier partner Aeroplan and festival partner Wines of British Columbia, along with various preferred partners.

Sapphire Bistro & Banquet

Sapphire Bistro & Banquet
Sapphire Bistro is a vision crafted by Gary Sandhu and Gurminder Behniwal to bring forward the forgotten experience – the taste we have left thousands of miles behind us. The food is prepared keeping the same old tradition of fresh ingredients in mind that we all grew up with. After visiting many hotels in and around town, the lack of fresh food or good service encouraged Sandhu and Behniwal to open their own restaurant.
