Caffè Artigiano has opened the doors of their reimagined Park Royal café. Debuting a fresh new look, the modern West Vancouver location sets a new bar for design and excellence in the city's thriving coffee scene.
The 1395-square-foot space reveals a brand new design direction for the acclaimed local coffee company.
Featuring a stunning new interior with floor-to-ceiling windows, the space allows for plenty of natural light and an indoor-to-outdoor experience year-round. Bold accents of colour and a mix of upholstered banquettes and vintage-style brass-footed chairs blend contemporary design with a sense of nostalgic warmth throughout. An oversized communal library table lends an intimate feel, allowing patrons to plug in and work or play.
The sleek redesign was executed by talented local design firm BOX Interior Design Inc. BOX has crafted an effortless atmosphere of casual vintage chic in the updated room, using accents of mahogany, marble, and brass.
The décor and design isn’t the only thing to be updated at the Park Royal café; a new menu crafted by Dawn Doucette, Caffè Artigiano's Product Development Chef features seasonal local and organic gourmet sandwiches and salads made daily from carefully sourced ingredients, artisan breads, nitrate-free meats and house made dressings and condiments.
Upon reopening, Caffè Artigiano's Director of Coffee, Michael Ratcliffe, will continue to work closely with baristas at the Park Royal café to teach new and unique techniques.
"Embracing professional growth and giving back to the incredible coffee culture we have here in Western Canada is imperative to us," says Caffè Artigiano's Director of Coffee Michael Ratcliffe. "Every drink served is an expression of the skill and passion of the individual barista; that commitment to personalized quality is important in maintaining a strong sense of family and community within our doors."
