Want to try something different this Diwali? You can’t go wrong with this classic coffee-flavored dessert!
Ingredients
1cup whipped cream
2 tbsp coffee powder (dilute in 1tbsp water)
6 slices vanilla sponge
Few drops of coffee essence
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Chocolate shavings for garnish
Preparation
Add dissolved 1 tbsp of coffee mix, coffee essence in whipped cream. Add cocoa powder and mix well.
Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Dip vanilla sponge in coffee mix.
In a glass layer, sponge then with whipped cream. Repeat the layer. Dust with cocoa powder on top.
Chill in the fridge for an hour before serving.
