Ingredients
200 gms Ladyfingers, finely chopped
1 tsp Oil + for deep frying
A pinch Chaat masala
¾ tsp Red chilli powder
2 cups Thick yogurt
Salt to taste
½ tspCumin powder
½ tspSmall mustard seeds
20-25 Fresh mint leaves + for garnishing
Method
• Heat sufficient oil in a non stick pan. Cut ladyfingers into thin diagonal slices and deep fry in hot oil till crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
• Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala and ¼ tsp of red chilli powder.
• Mix yogurt, salt, cumin powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder in a bowl and whisk well.
• Add half the fried lady fingers and mix well. Heat 1 tsp oil in a non stick pan.
• Add radhuni and when the seeds splutter, add this tempering to the yogurt mixture. Add mint leaves and mix.
• Transfer into a serving bowl and add the remaining fried ladyfingers. Garnish with a few mint leaves and serve immediately.
