Unique pop-up dining experience opens its domes in Vancouver

Ambleside Beach15 Jan '20 to 16 Feb '20 @ 5:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Part pop-up restaurant, part outdoor oasis, Dinner With A View will deliver an exclusive gastronomic adventure under the stars at Ambleside Beach, West Vancouver, opening January 15th - February 16th, 2020. Attendees will be situated in heated, clear and frameless geodesic domes, each designed to stimulate the senses by marrying an elevated culinary experience with a unique view.

The 20 domes in Vancouver will be transformed into unique terrariums, each corresponding to a different region of the earth’s terroir: tundra, tropical, grasslands, arid and boreal forest. These extraordinary spaces will be brought to life using faux flora, luxurious textiles and elegant illumination.

Guests will enjoy a delicious three-course meal prepared using locally sourced ingredients by a celebrity chef, who will be officially announced in the coming weeks. There will be a choice of three blind menu categories - meat, fish and vegan - to suit all tastes.

“Vancouver is known for its natural beauty and outdoor adventure,” says Steve Georgiev, Event Organizer. “Dinner With A View offers something truly unprecedented, that the adventurous Vancouver diner has yet to experience: A fully immersive event that dazzles the senses with its unique environment and scenic views, paired with an enjoyable dining experience.”

The Dinner With A View dining series will arrive in Vancouver in January [January 15 - February 16, 2020]. Tickets are available for purchase online at www.dinnerwithaview.ca, where prospective guests can sign up to receive exclusive promotions.

Each dome seats a minimum of four people and a maximum of six. Dome reservations are $199.99 +GST per dome (the price of which can be split between the group after the initial reservation is made), and each dinner is priced at $109.99 +GST per person.
