Join Surrey Libraries in celebrating Family Literacy Day with its annual Surrey Kids Read event on Saturday, January 20, 11 - 2 pm at Guildford Town Centre's Centre Court.
 
Family Literacy Day is a national initiative involving annual events held on or around January 27 to raise awareness of the importance of families reading together and engaging in other literacy-related activities.
 
There will be face-painting, button making and a full lineup of children's entertainers featuring:
 
*Rockin' Children's Entertainer Tony Prophet
*Storytelling Magic by Silly Suzie
*Special Performance by Norden the Magician (www.magicshows.ca)
*Walter and Jazzy appearances
