    •Aumoniere de Saumon & Sauce Beurre Blanc (Salmon Phyllo Purse with white wine and butter sauce)
    •Fondant au Chocolat (chocolate lava cake served with vanilla ice cream)
    •Tuiles aux Amandes (crispy thin almond treat to finish)

    *While you can expect a satisfying meal, it is important to remember this is still a cooking class and will be a much different dining experience than you would have in a restaurant.
