A Weekend DJ Workshop for Women

    Decibel Entertainment & Snakes x Ladders are proud to introduce our first all-female DJ workshop with Khanvict, Anjali and Kid Kang.
     
    Our instructors will be teaching you the basics of mixing - software, hardware, and fundamentals (including beat matching, BPMs, looping, baby scratching, and counting bars). By the end of the workshop, you will have the knowledge to mix tracks, build a set - and even start performing!

    November 17th & 18th, 2018
    12pm-4pm each day
     
    All course materials and technical equipment are provided
    Each student must bring their own laptop and headphones. 
    20 spots are available on a first come first serve basis
    Participants will receive a certificate upon completion
     
    This initiative is meant to address the severe gender imbalance in the music industry - specifically amongst DJs. All Women / Womxn / people who don't identify as male are welcome to apply.
