Shakti: Empowerment of Women, Children and Families Society proudly presents ‘the 17th annual Shakti Awards’ in honour of International Women‘s Day.
The Shakti Awards were founded in the year 2000 to honour and recognize the strengths and achievements of women from all walks of life in the areas of academics, business, arts, public service and resilience. We invite you to join us to celebrate these powerful women while helping to raise funds for Shakti: Empowerment of Women, Children, and Families Society and scholarships for high school students. This event is open to both men and women.
