Vancouver Queer Arts Festival Begins!

    The Queer Arts Festival is now ready to get the rEvolution started! We hope you’ll join us for Art Party! on June 18th as we kick off this year’s Queer Arts Festival and celebrate #Stonewall50

    The 11th Annual Queer Arts Festival (QAF), Vancouver’s artist-run, professional, multi-disciplinary roister of queer arts, culture and history, presents their 2019 festival rEvolution with a stellar line up of parties showcasing queer arts, culture and celebrations running June 17th – 28th 2019. QAF has assembled nearly 100 artists and more than 20 events and programming showcasing a variety of differing media on exhibit at the Roundhouse Arts Centre.     Relational rEvolutions Visual Art Exhibition: curated by Elwood Jimmy | FREE | June 17th – 28th

    Art Party! Opening Gala Party: FREE | June 18th 7pm – 10pm

    The Queen In Me Amplified Opera & Theatre Gargantua: Teiya Kasahara | Tickets $30-20 | June 21st + 22nd | Doors at 6:30 Show at 7pm

    Technical KnockOuts: Kinnie Starr, DJ O Show, Tiffany Moses & Young Artists from QAF’s Technical Knockouts Music Lab | Pay What You Can | June 23rd | Doors at 6:30 Show at 7pm

    A Night of Storytelling: Danny Ramadan and Special Guests | Pay What You Can | June 19th Show 7pm

    Queer Songbook Orchestra: $40 *includes admission to Stonewall50 Party | June 28th Show 7pm

    Stonewall 50 Glitter is Forever Closing Gala Party: $20 (party only) *or free with purchase of Queer Songbook ticket | June 28th Party 9pm – midnight
