BOTANIST RESTAURANT FAIRMONT PACIFIC RIM, 1038 Canada Place26 Jan '20 @ 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Premium spirits. Top bartenders. Gourmet food. Live music. Who knows? There might even be dancing. The Punch Brunch is an event unlike any other in the city, a multi-course gourmet brunch at Botanist paired with cocktails created by Vancouver's most celebrated bartenders, including the multiple-award-winning team at the Fairmont Pacific Rim. Their innovative drinks will be served alongside executive chef Hector Laguna's gourmet feast of top-notch local ingredients. But that's not all: expect lively cocktail demonstrations, jazzy live music and a sneak peek at 2021's Vancouver Cocktail Week. The Punch Brunch is quite simply the most delicious fun you can have in the middle of the day.
