Back by popular demand, the Vancouver Aquarium’s Ocean Wise Pop-Up Café returns for the second year at Dine Out Vancouver.
 
Guests will delight in renowned Ocean Wise executive chef Ned Bell’s three-course menu featuring dishes from his inaugural cookbook Lure and showcasing the best in sustainable, locally-sourced ingredients. Wine pairings and upgrade courses will also be available.
 
There will be two seatings per night in the bistro-esque Aquarium Café at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Guests will be able to explore Aquarium’s galleries after the early seating or before the late seating making this a truly unique experience. Dine Out Vancouver may also serve as the last chance for some guests to get hands-on with the cownose and southern stingrays in the Discover Rays exhibit, which closed early-Spring 2018.
