For the main course, Chef Jonas Hamre will carve and serve whole roasted suckling pig, along with house-made Baton Rouge hot sauce, Augusta-style BBQ pit beans, Mississippi-braised greens and freshly baked buttermilk biscuits. Finish off your trip Down South with peach cobbler, served with a sweet biscuit top and vanilla ice cream.
