Gelato 101 at DOVF 2020

    Be a “cone-noisseur” of all things gelato. Give the interactive gelato-making class a try! Led by Uno Gelato’s maestro, enjoy a hands-on experience of making farm-to- cone sorbetto and gelato in our lab. You will sample over 10 flavours and gain an understanding of its history and science, as well as see up close how microbatch gelato and sorbetto are made, plus you take home a pint of gelato/sorbetto of your choice.
