Rizwan & Muazzam’s Melodious Tribute To Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan

    TORCH bearers of the Qawwali tradition for over five centuries, the famed Pakistani duo of brothers RIZWAN & MUAZZAM will be remembering their legendary uncle NUSRAT FATEH ALI KHAN on Saturday, November 24th, 2018 at the iconic RIVE ROCK CASINO RESORT for what promises to be an evening of SUFI QAWWALI. 
     
     
    Grand children of legendary qawwali singer USTAD MUBARAK ALI KHAN , who taught Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan & their father MUJAHID MUBARAK ALI KHAN , Muazzam & Rizwan learned the art of qawwali from their father till his untimely death in 1996 & thereafter from their uncle Nusrat Sahab and needless to say that they too followed their family tradition.
     
     
    Rizwan & Muazzam, along with their brothers & other family members, started their qawwali foray by performing at WOMAD RIVERMEAD FESTIVAL at Reading, England in 1998 & since have performed all over the world as they're the star performers at the Vancouver Folk Music Festival in 2006 . 
     
     
    Their fame has brought them laurels all over the world and KVP Entertainers hosted the talented duo at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, MASSEY Theatre, HAWELI Banquet Hall, Surrey, BOLLYWOOD Banquet Hall, Surrey and in Victoria. Regulars at COKE Studio, Pakistan, the duo have performed with many prominent artists from around the world including SHAZIA MANZOOR and they took the world by storm when they remembered their uncle with a tribute in England & Australia. The overwhelming success is now bringing them to their North American Tour in November, 2018 which will also take them to the Canadian cities of Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver.
