Milestones Guildford management in partnership with the Surrey Firefighters Charitable Association are hosting an event to celebrate the herculean effort and support that the Surrey, BC Firefighters have provided to the community.
Milestones - with support from all BC specific locations - have raised a total of over $120,000 in support of a variety of charities throughout the past few years. Kent Melnychuk, the owner, and the Milestones Guildford team will also be donating 10% of the sales and all of their tips from this special night to the Surrey Fire Fighters Charitable Association.
Milestones Guildford is always connecting with the community through various outreach events, partnerships and fundraising programs. The Local Community Relations Specialist, Jaivin Khatri helps to introduce the restaurant with local schools, businesses and organizations to find ways to help wherever they can.
Steve Pelton, Sr. Vice President says, “We are proud to name the Surrey Fire Fighters Charitable Society as our charity of choice for our Guildford location. The work they do is incredibly important as they work to fulfill the needs that are not met in the Surrey community with a special focus on Surrey’s children, youth & families.”
The event is taking place at Milestones Guildford on November 22 and is open to the public. It will also include live performances, silent auction and 50/50.
