Indo-Canadian actress Agam Darshi's directorial debut Donkeyhead is getting great reviews. Darshi's performance has been compared to Hollywood actress Ann Hathaway in Rachel Getting Married. Darshi has written, acted in, and directed the film Donkeyhead. The movie was released in the US earlier this year on Netflix. It will be released on Amazon Prime in Canada in the Fall.
Overall, this simple love story with stellar performances, garbed with some hard-hitting issues of our society, is a treat to watch. A wedding worth attending, for sure.
