  • WATCH: Hugh Jackman Revives ALS Ice Bucket Challenge
Actor Hugh Jackman has brought back the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.
 
Jackman, who essays the role of Wolverine in the "X-Men" film franchise, posted on Instagram a video of him accepting the challenge which was first launched around a year ago to raise awareness about amyotrophic lateral sclerosis aka Lou Gehrig's disease. 
 
Wearing a bow tie and a white shirt, Jackman said: "I know I'm late, but this is the 2015 ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Bring it on," before pouring ice water over his head.

"Oh yeah," he added with a big grin.
 
Ice Bucket Challenge co-founders Pete Frates and Pat Quinn relaunched the movement in late July with the help of the Boston Red Sox.
 
Jackman had previously taken part in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge in 2014 with his "Pan" cast. 
 
Other stars who supported the charity included Chris Pratt, Kristen Stewart, Tom Cruise and many more.
