Vivek Oberoi to produce, act in no smoking commercial

Darpan News Desk IANS, 27 Jun, 2016 11:56 AM
Actor Vivek Oberoi, who has a longstanding equation with the Cancer Patients Aid Association (CPAA) and has pioneered several no tobacco campaigns, now hopes to reach out to the youth with a commercial that will encourage people to quit smoking.

"I cannot stress enough on the importance of keeping away from tobacco and smoking as the damage it causes in the long run is irreversible. I have been working with the CPAA for several years now as well and I'm taking the thought and no-tobacco campaign forward with this," Vivek said in a statement.

Sources share that Vivek will be producing and acting in a commercial on no smoking which will release across various social media platforms.
