Singer Miley Cyrus' behind-the-scenes Bangerz Tour TV special failed to excite viewers as the show scored only 2 million views when it was beamed in the US.
The two-hour documentary named "Miley Cyrus: Bangerz Tour" was shown Sunday on NBC and the response was dismal, reports contactmusic.com.
According to the Nielsen ratings, on average only 2 million people tuned in to watch a behind-the-scenes look into Cyrus's life on the road, which is a rating of 0.7 among 18 to 49 year-olds, via The Hollywood Reporter.
This placed it among the lowest rated shows of the evening, falling behind the likes of CBS' "Big Brother" and ABC's "Raising Star".
It featured exclusive backstage footage with the hitmaker "Wrecking Ball", her siblings and co-stars on the road, as well as performances of tracks such as "We Can't Stop" and "Party in the U.S.A." from her recent gigs in Barcelona (Spain) and Lisbon (Portugal).
Cyrus also dedicated her track "Adore You" to her beloved late dog Floyd.
