Victoria enjoys exercising with hubby, sons

  • Victoria enjoys exercising with hubby, sons
Former Spice Girls singer Victoria Beckham enjoys taking SoulCycle classes with her husband and children.

She was delighted when the class she attended with David agreed to provide specialist equipment so that her three sons could also join in the sessions.

"They brought in some little mini bikes so Romeo and Cruz could do it too. It was the cutest thing," contactmusic.com quoted Victoria as saying.

Nowadays, Victoria works out using celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson's programme five days a week after admiring the way she had transformed her friend Gwyneth Paltrow's figure, and though she claims to be "addicted" to the sessions, she admits they are difficult.

The Beckhams have three sons - Brooklyn, 15, Romeo, 11, Cruz, nine, and a two-year-old daughter, Harper.
