Hollywood actor Tom Hanks publicly thanked a New York based man for returning his credit card.
 
Hanks dropped his credit card while he was helping a group of girl scouts to sell some boxes of cookies in San Francisco. The card was back in his possession within a few days after misplacing it, reports contactmusic.com.
 
The actor took to Twitter on March 13 to express his gratitude to a man named Tony who returned the card. 
 
"A guy named Tony found my credit card on the street in NYC and returned it! Tony! You make this city even greater! Thanx. HANX," he Tweeted.
