Singer Selena Gomez is reportedly planning to sell her mansion in Tarzana here for $3.495 million.
 
The 21-year-old purchased the property in 2011 for $2.75 million, but she's set to make a profit after putting it on the market for $3.495 million, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
 
The house has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a gym, according to The Agency, a real estate company.
 
She also has a house in nearby Calabasas.
