  • Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber Win At Teen Choice Awards
Singer Selena Gomez and her former boyfriend Justin Bieber won accolades at the 2016 Teen Choice Awards here.

Weeks after one of her photographs on Instagram became the most-liked, she won the Choice Instagrammer title at the awards held at the Forum in Inglewood, Calfiornia on July 31, beating nominees that included Bieber and reality TV star Kim Kardashian, reports aceshowbiz.com.

Though he lost the prize to his former lover, Bieber came out as the king of Twitter as he won the Choice Twit over stars like Lady GaGa, Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Kevin Hart and even Kanye West, who is also famous for his Twitter rants.

Also making up the winner list thanks to their social media activities were Kylie Jenner, Christina Grimmie, Fifth Harmony and Cameron Dallas.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Jenner nabbed the Choice Snapchatter while the late Grimmie, who passed away in early June, posthumously won the Choice Web Star: Music title.

As for 5H and Dallas, they were named the Choice Social Media Queen and King, respectively.

In addition to those working in the music, movie and TV fields, the event honored some athletes and public figures.
