Selena Gomez Gave Up Phone For 90 Days During Hiatus

Darpan News Desk IANS, 03 Dec, 2016 01:00 PM
  • Selena Gomez Gave Up Phone For 90 Days During Hiatus
Singer Selena Gomez says she ditched her mobile phone for 90 days after she decided to take a step back from spotlight following her war of words with former boyfriend Justin Bieber on Instagram.

"I recently took 90 days off. During that time I did not have my cellphone," Gomez said in an interview with corporate and consumer wellbeing and productivity platform Thrive Global, reports aceshowbiz.com.

"It was the most refreshing, calming, rejuvenating feeling. Now, I rarely pick up my phone, and only limited people have access to me," she added.

Gomez realised she felt burned out "three months ago, before I took a hiatus to take care of myself".

Now that she's in a better place, she focuses on "staying healthy (mentally, physically, emotionally) and learning new things" because those are the things that give her energy.
