Indio, the son of actor Robert Downey Jr., has been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance after he was arrested for cocaine possession in June.
 
Indio Downey, 20, is currently in rehab. He was arrested June 29 and booked for cocaine possession but as a first time offender he is entitled to a drug diversion programme.
 
The "Iron Man 3" star's eldest child has also been charged with misdemeanour possession of drug paraphernalia, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
 
Robert too battled drug addiction and was arrested numerous times in the 1990s on drug-related charges.
